DOHC - refers to Double Overhead Cam.
DOHC engines comes with 2 cams for intake of air-fuel mixture and 2 cams for exhaust gases to flow out of the cylinder. With more flow of intake and exhaust gases, this "free flow" and more air-fuel combustion would translate into greater power.
VTEC refers Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control. It is actually the ability to control the intake and exhaust at different engine speeds to optimise the inlet and outlet flow of the engine. For Honda engines, you may have heard of SOHC & DOHC VTEC engines.
for SOHC, depending on engine speeds, the lobes on the camshaft can alternate to change the intake and exhaust. One lobe on the camshaft has a bigger profile to allow for the inlet and outlet valve to open for a longer period of time. The ECU will switch to the use of this lobe at higher engine speeds to achieve better performance.
for DOHC VTEC, at low speeds, for low speed operation, two camlobes will activate 2 rocker arms for inlet stroke which is able to provide low-end torque and strong acceleration. At higher speed, the ECU will command an electronic control valve to lockthe 2 rocker arms with a third with a high lift cam profile. Similarly, with the intake valve openning for a longer period of time, it translates into greater power.

Same as all the rest... but honestly, I swear I heard at some point someone referring to DOHC (because it's related to Honda) as Division of Honda Cars... whatever go figure. Someone probably made that one up.
VTEC is an acronym for Variable valve Timing and lift Electronic Control. It is a mechanism for optimizing air/fuel mixture flow through the engine.

DOHC = Dual Over Head Camshaft. SOHC Single Over Head Camshaft. VTEC is just a type of Honda engine.

All of the above are correct. On VTEC engines when below a certain rpm (i think 5500 on most, but varies between engines) the valves are running on a more mildly tuned lobe on the camshaft, to conserve fuel. When engine rpm is increase above the set point it will switch the valves over to opening from a different lobe on the camshaft, thus giving more power at a higher rpm.
