ok so ive been trying to get answers about this. ok im not talking to my 2 best friends for this reason. they think its ok to call me '*****' and make fun of me. to defend myself i say stuff to them like that. they say they dont mean it, but i know they do because they make fun of all the black people at school and crap. so we got into a huge fight, and i havent talked to them in a week. i really miss the old days...when we first met. i want to be friends with them again but i dont want to be the first one to say sorry, and i know thats what they want. should i tell them sorry first, or should i just wait? can i get some real answers? has this happened to anyone? and if so how did you handle it?

my so called 'freinds' arent girls, theyre both guys. ones a mexican and the other..is....jewish...white, w/e. but yea i do call them names back because im tired of theyre ****. thank you everyone for the help.

First of all, you know that you are doing wrong by saying the same thing back to them. You should be commended on knowing that you should not say things like that. These girls are not your friends or they would not be making fun of other people, regardless of their color. There are a lot of people who would probably love to be friends with a person like you, so stand up and be the better person. Do not tell them you are sorry. Maybe the next time you hear them making fun of black people, you should tell them that they have no right to judge anyone. God is the only one to judge us and he knows every thing we do. I am s glad to hear that there are girls like you that still have a conscience when they know they have acted in a way that was not becoming. May God bless you with many friends and you will go much farther in life if you stop the making fun even to defend yourself.

If they are calling you names and making fun or you. They are not your friends, and I would not waste any time thinking about them. Find some real people to befriend. The fact that they make fun of others is a very huge red flag. They are obviously very insecure and unhappy with who they are as individuals. Make new friends - these people are not your friends if they treat you that way. It may be hard at first to go out on a limb and start new friendships, but it will definitely be worth it. You don't deserve to be treated like that, and you can surely find a true friend...someone with whom you are more happy that you thought you were with those other people.

If they were really your friend they would not disrespect you like that and feel the need to say the ***** word at all. Baby they are not your friends and maybe it is time that you find your self some new friends to hang out with because in the end you are going to be the one questioning yourself. and do you really think putting yourself down to have friends is worth all of that/

I would not apologize first...what they are doing/did IS WRONG, immature, stupid, racist....they're addle-pates. Ya know, sad to say, but you're prob better off without them. TRUE friends would not use such language/vulgar talk to refer to you.
IF you want, tell them up front exactly how much it hurt you...how much that word offends you...if they act as if they dont care- well, you dont need them. If they do care, and care enough, they will apologize.
If they dont apologize, move on...there are better people in the world and you dont need stupid morons like them as "friends"
