if a 13 year old gets in a car with a 17 year old? my sister when out with a 17 year old. he's sweet and all. but i'm kind of worried.

Where are your parents that they are letting a 13 year old in a car with a 17 year old? You are right to be worried. Normal 17 year olds do not want to have anything to do with 13 year olds unless they are after something they should not be considering.

Okay, here's a clinical and statistical answer. First, in California, where I'm from, if you're under 18 you can't carry passengers without another licensed driver in the car who is at least 25. Why? Because statistically most accidents happen to drivers under the age of 25, under 18 and even younger. Why? Because they don't have quite enough experience and judgment. Neurologically speaking, the frontal lobes of the brain don't become fully developed until around 25. That doesn't mean we're stupid until we turn 25, but it does mean we're not firing on all cylinders until then. You obviously know better and I'll bet your sister does also. Your instincts are right...follow them. Tell your sister to do the same.

Hell , I got a 13 yr old daughter--and unless I know this 17 yr old VERY well--she would go no where with him-and even then probably not. Don't care where you live-13 is awfully young to be going out. Did your parents approve this??? You are definitely right to be worried. As to what can happen--well it can be a rough world out there--use your imagination.

first thing is you should let your parents know...she is too Young to go out with a 17 year old..tell him that she is in fact 13 she may have told him something different...she can be talked into doing something she is not ready for and my not be expecting to happen..all else fails talk to the police he is a predator and if he does do something at her young age she could be hurt for life and he can go to jail for up to 25 years..not sure of your age and it really don't matter but help and protect your sister please!!!!!!

You need to be worried and tell you parents about what happened. Thirteen year old girls should not be getting into cars with any boys unless it is her father, brother, cousin, grandfather, etc. No thirteen year old should be dating anyone, especially a seventeen year old. This is just wrong.

I woul not trust it ask yoiur sister first if your sister is older than u but I would not trust it
