What do you think when a guy says he has NOTHING to do?

So you ask him.. every day.. what he has to do.. and he always replies Nothing.. what does that make you think?

I think of that line in Longview by GreenDay: "When masturbation's lost it's fun you're f%#&@% done." Put a fork in him, he's done. Or buy him a playstation 3 for Christmas.

he has a lot to do, but there is nothing he wants to do, so he has to see the difference and get moving

doesn't sound like he has many interests or goals or that there's a lot going on upstairs - or, if there is, he's not into sharing it.
