My mom says i cant have a pet now, but in the future i might want to get one. I want a pet that doesnt eat their young (if it has babies) or doesnt tay up night and might jump on your face and kill u or do something to you at night (like cats). I think it might be a dog, but im not for sure.
What pet do u suggest?

Please remember this is a living creature, not a toy. You have to pretend you are your pet's mom, which means taking care of it whenever it needs you.
Try checking out some books from the library about different kinds of pets, and see what would fit with you. There are good and bad things about all pets, you have to find out what you can put up with, and how much time you want to spend on this pet.

A hamster, a rabbit or hey maybe you should just stick with a simple betta for awhile. They are pretty easy for your first pet & if you can take care of that then try graduating to something a bit bigger like a hamster...take care

Well birds are a good pet.they dont need alot of care,not as much as a dog.but a dog is also good,it would be better if it was house trained(if its an inside pet.) but if you dont want a big dog, and not much responsibility, a bird would be good.
