I have done M.S. in Ophthalmology and DNB in General Surgery in India. But I want to do Ph.D in any medical field in USA. Plz suggest me some websites and Universities.

USA is 50 states that are VERY different . . . there are excellent schools in most of them but as they are so different you should check them out and see where would be of interest to you. East coast very established but very over populated, west coast great but very expensive, the north can have dreadful winters and the south has dreadful summers !
Think about what you can adapt to then choose.
