I put house hold oil & ran wax on the track but it is still hard to slide the door open. What else can I use?

The wheels are worn out. If you lift up on the door, you can remove from the track and lay it down. If the wheels are still round, you can adjust them to stick out further below the door. If not, loosen the screws down there and remove the wheels, take them with you to home depot and replace them. With new wheels the door will be fine. While the door is out of the track, check the condition of the track. If it isn't damaged, make sure its clean

If it's a pocket door (slides within the wall), the bearings might be shot or the walls may have settled, screwing up the alignment. In either case, new bearings, cleaning the track, or sanding down the door (don't wanna mess with the wall framing unless you absolutely must) would probably solve the problem. Good luck.

Check to see if the rollers are functioning and to make sure that they are in the track correctly.
