I agree with the previous answerer--you might want to get an exam to make sure you don't have an infection. Certain types of infections are relatively common and can be caused by body imbalances triggered by stress or changes in diet. Please don't be afraid to discuss with your doctor or nurse your concerns about "smell," as this really is a concern for all women! It is certainly possible that you are very sensitive to your own normal body odors (meaning that what you're smelling, no one else is), but confirming you don't have an infection of some sort is your first step. Good luck!

It could be that you have an infection as pp's mentioned. For piece of mind maybe you should contact your doctor. It could also be that your pelvic floor muscles are weak. This happens a lot with pregnant women and after childbirth but does occur in normal healthy non pg girls/women. Doing Kegals helps that. Its an exercise that helps to tighten the pelvic floor muscles. Easiest way to find those muscles is when you are peeing, stop the flow. Its that same contracting feeling and muscles you use. Once you figure that out, you can do them anytime anywhere. Best thing is to contract and hold for a count of 10 or so then release. Keep repeating for a few minutes a couple times daily. Your doctor can also give you more info on kegals.
