you should always go where your heart leads you to,
& dont worry if you feel like walking all alone,
dont forget, we're all taking the same road,
you cant see me on the road but im simply on your side.

Many of us seem to be sure the need to go away FROM something. But not sure about going TOWARDS what destination. Even a lowly leaf worm first gets hold of the next leaf and lets go the hind legs to leave the earlier pont..

My view is that for many of us our final destination is far and no use searching for the way now . we should identify intermediate destination. and go towards it and then take us forward.

One does not take a guide with us . But one can always seek directions at intermediate points to go by the right path. There are excellent teachers for this.

Edgar Morin's advice is to practice the "ecology of the action". That is, repeated times on the past we have seen how things escape from the will of a person that initiates this action. On long term, consequences can become unpredictable.
Human being are complex, we have to accept that we can't antagonize black and white; good or evil, etc. I.e. for good to exist, there must be evil to make that something look "good" (see Leibniz "best of all possible worlds".
I'll translate the words from one of his conferences:
"Our choices must only be founded our ourselves, on our aspiration to develop the best of us. Our fraternity must be not of the saved, but of the condemned"--- knowing this, it'll make us better take care of what we do.
Just as ecologist Garrett Hardin states we can't win or get out of the game, then we have to set OUR OWN rules and play it OUR WAY.
Hope this helps you out :)
