In fact one can guess any number 1 to 16 by using a search called Binary Search.
1st Q
Is the number above 7 ?
If Y then number is 8 to 16.
If ans was Y then
2nd Q
Is number above 12 ?
and so on.
Just 4 questions are needed, this way.
