Blah blah is a way of representing idle, pointless, repetitive or dull talk. "My girlfriend just keeps yakking on the telephone. Blah, blah, blah."

I think I'd spell gaw gaw, as ga-ga. If someone is extremely enthusiastic about something, they are said to be ga-ga about it. "The crowd just went ga-ga when the rock star went on stage."

Wait a second - are you quoting the line from Queen's song "Radio Ga-ga?" "All we hear is radio ga-ga, radio blah-blah." It's a way of representing the pointless commercialism heard on popular radio.

yada yada yada...when people use these in place of real words, they are denigrating what someone else is saying, or had said, implying that it is unimportant, boring, or just so much noise.
