Absolutely not. The commercialised American Santa that we all were lied to about as children is nothing more than a bastardisation of the Scandanavian tradition honouring Saint Nicholas, also known as Sinter Klas. Saint Nicholas was well-liked because he did charitable works, including giving dowry money to a poor man so he could marry off his daughters. But no, the whole Santa with a big belly and reindeer and the north pole is nothing more than a fantasy invented by corporations so that they can whip up some holiday "spirit", which makes them money.

Hell yeah santa is real. I see him at every mall I go to! I am a firm believer in the saying... "if you believe you shall receive". Santa has never let me down. So yes santa is real in my eyes

Most people believe that he is real. However I do not believe that he is real. And it is the people who provide the gift's not santa.

Yea I believe in Santa Clause, and you should too, because if you dont believe in Santa Clause who else are you expecting to bring all your super cool toys down the Chemney?

I beleive santa is real. If no one in the world beleives in santa, or the easter bunny or the tooth fairy where would this world be. We need the innocence of it left in tact for our children.
