ok so we're both sophomores in high school. I've known him for just over 2 years and over the past 4 months we've become really REALLY good close friends. He's probably one of my best friends now. I've also liked him for about a month now. which he doesn't know. I wanted to get him a christmas present but I dont know what to get him. It could be something that says thanks for being a great friend and that I possibly want to be more than friends or just a really nice gift. anybody got any ideas?? oh and he's really into soccer if that helps.

Maybe you can get him apparel associated with soccer. If you know his favorite team, it would be nice if you could get him something concerning it. But don't overdo it tho. Maybe a nice shirt, hoody/sweater, ball, game, or some kind of knick knack would be a good idea. =]

I think the gifts I give guys that they appreciate the most is some kind of pocket tool that does lots of things. I gave one to my friends husband for his birthday and he ended up using the tire pressure guage right away. Something practical but that says you really care about him and you want him to be safe. Save the personal stuff for when you get together.

My cousin who is also in High School loves to shop at Urban Outfitters or PacSun (particulary Hurley's hoodies or a jacket). They are little over $50 buck so that maybe nice for your friend.

If you got some cash to spend, they have mp3 players that are like 1 or 2 Gb. Range from like 35-100 bucks

i think you should talk to some of his guy friends and maybe they'll tell you what he likes. if that doesn't help get him something that has to do with soccer

I don't know, give him something that comes from you, but my suggestions are, give something like a ps2 soccer game, or make something cookies, flowers, whatever ya know. =D
