nothing can ever be that bad that you need to drown you sorrows, find something that calms you, whenever im in a situation i go to the beach and run, I run till everything is out of my body and all i can feel is the pain of pushing yourself that far.

i dont drink ....on too many meds. but i will listen while you drown your sorrows if that would help. just get it out and you will feel better. good luck and merry christmas.
