do u like self help books, why? did they help you to correct or improve ur basic values or do u think its all a waste.

Such books bridges the gap between psychology and sef help. In a logical manner, you learn how to achieve private victories, then public victories..

Honestly, I wouldn't be where I am today without self help books. A lot of spiritual/philosophical books are categorised as self help.

I like them-they open our thinking box and free us from ourselves. No one can hinder themselves like themselves...........
