This all depends on which side of the sun the planets are on. For example if Jupiter and Saturn (the much larger planets) are on one side of the Sun and Mars and Venus on the other then you have a large mass weight balance issue. There is also the concern of dark matter. Dark matter makes up about 75 percent of the universe's mass and if it has shifted to one side of the universe then wham we get clustered up in even bigger mass grabbing Libra's. Libras can be massive dark mass and planet grabbers that can knock off the perfect balance. Hope I helped.

Libras DO strive for balance. I'm 28Sep and I can't stand to get only one hand or foot wet. I always try to resolve disputes and tend to favor the underdog.
We're not happy unless we're doing our part to keep things calm and even-tempered.
But there are a lot of Scorpios out there disrupting my beautiful world, so I don't think balance will happen any time soon.
