Finally, someone asks what to give, not what to get. First analyze their likes and interests. For example, Mom loves to garden. You could buy items such as flower seed, a flower pot, a hand shovel, some pretty gardening glove or whatever else you would want to buy that pertains to the hobby of gardening. Put all the items into the pot and wrap up as a basket.
You could give them 'coupons' that you make that they could use at any time. For example, you could write on one "Will wash dishes for one week, or day, or month, etc., Another example would be 'Good for a day of baby sitting little sister so you can have a day out by yourself.
Or you could go and have a photo taken at a studio for them. If you have other brothers or sisters, get together and go and get a group portrait made. Mom and Dad would cherish this gift.

Your mother and father would love time with you.
Could you take them out to breakfast or lunch? Even if it's fast food, and have a little present wrapped for each of them (the dollar store has shaving things, nail clippers, hair brushes, tools for guys, plus hand cream, candles and candle holders all for a dollar, plus their cards are 2 for $1.00).
I think they each would appreciate a hand made card from you, as I know all mothers who receive a card made by their child keeps it forever, yes forever.
Otherwise, you could buy a nice dvd movie, and make popcorn and serve drinks for them. Make it a movie that is something they would appreciate..perhaps from their timeframe as I don't know how old they are.
They would appreciate a nice evening at home with you, and you do the serving and cleanup.
GOD bless.

Give them gift certificates for things you'll do. Such as cooking dinner, cleaning, taking care of the house. And bring them out to dinner too.

Write to them individually telling them how they have guided you into being the kind person that you are. Tell them how much they mean to you and why. Parents are always hoping to make that connection with their child. Itwould make them feel good.

I always make a DVD with pictures set to music of my kids throughout the year. They live far away so they don't get to see them much. Then I put it in a box and wrap it with paper that we make ourselves. We put the kids' hand prints on it. Boy, I just realized that I have way too much time on my hands. LOL.

write a letter about the best day you ever had with them, a favorite memory, or something that they did for you that touched you and you will never forget. Write it in your handwriting and frame it with a dollar store frame, I guarantee it will be a hit.
