Seriously, my Lola said I was pogi but i never got a date in high school. So I stayed home a lot and did my homework, and sold it to my classmates. That was the only way I got kind of popular. But I got really, really book-smart. Even today I hide in the corner at big gatherings, help in the kitchen or go to the host's office and fix their computer --how else would I get invited again?
Those who need to say we're ugly won't make a difference, don't worry about it.
There are lots of people who don't think Filipinos are ugly. For the most part Americans tend to describe us as warm, friendly, always smiling...and cook really yummy food! If that makes me ugly, then break all the mirrors, I'm not changing a thing!

Some are very beautiful and others are unatractive. That's entirely subjective because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But they are just like any other group of people, there is a wide range of looks.

Every group has ugly people in them. But, whole groups usually are not ugly. Kind of a broad swipe there...dont you think?

Don't get upset dear. Anyone who has seen many Filippinas know that most of them are very beautiful. I was in the Philippines for 2 months recently and I got whiplash from looking at all the hotties.

I've only seen a few Filipino girls (mostly from another forum for an online game) and I can safely say they're not ugly at all!

Maybe the person saying that is the one who's ugly LOL..I'm Filipino & I'm proud to be one. We have a rich & colorful culture plus we have good genes. I happen to marry an American & our kid is just gorgeous!

anybody who says a certain race/nationality/ethnicity is "ugly" is a complete fool who should not be taken seriously.....
how can every single filipino be ugly......completely ridiculous.......ive only known one girl from the phillipines in my life and she was very pretty.....
