Do you see yourself spending the rest of your life with her? If not, why contemplate marriage or continuing with a relationship you don't see going in that direction.

If you really do not want her to go marrying would probably be the best bet. Extension of a visa takes a while to be approved...by that time she will have to be back in her country. Marriage is a big step but one you probably will have to do in this situation...

You don't have to marry anybody but if you signed a contract you may be in some financial trouble.

you can try to apply for an extention first and if that dont work she may have to go back for awhile until your ready to get married. dont do it until your absolutley sure your ready.

if your relationship with her is only for sex. you have had enough and if satisfied leave her. if you are in true love for each other than marry her.
