Very, very common. The baby still has mommy's hormones floating around her body.
If not gone in a week or so, or if they seem to cause her discomfort, go see a doc. But I think it is pretty normal.

It's the hormones from being born. Your daughter had so many hormones coursing through her and the baby's body and now that the baby is here both of their hormone levels need to level off. It's completely normal.
This is one of the 1st questions I had because my daughter actually lactated her first week home and it freaked me out. I have a friend who was a Labor & Delivery nurse for 8 years and she explained it to me. It stopped after a couple of weeks.

It's from the mother's hormones. My daughter had a bit of spotting from my hormones circulating in her. I would not be surprised if the baby's labia was enlarged as well.

Just hormones that are still in her system from the pregnancy very common nothing to worry about they will go back to normal

Yep, it's quite common, and it can happen to boys as well. It's a hormonal thing, quite natural, and should go away by itself.
