I think it's fun to change my avatar....at times, I'll keep my MOST favorite one around for a while...then I'll change it again to one of the other 3. (:

I would stick to the Avatar I have chosen for me. However, I do make a bit of design change, like background is now having 'computer' theme.
I think it is akin to your own body. You can change the cloths or attire you wear and possibly ad make-up etc., but you can not drastically change your facial construction! Even with plastic/cosmetic surgery, the original look is distorted.
So, better keep the first or immediate second/third chosen avatar for as long as possible. After all, people in this forum have already associated your imaginary personality with the avatar they have been seeing for sometime now.

I change my lip avatars sometimes, and then I'll use one of my real pictures for a while. I like changing them for fun!

I like my avatar, I've always had the same one, except sometimes I change the clothes and background.

I like changing them a lot.
this is the 10th time I changed it within the week.
I change back though.
my original one is the black and white picture of the white sunglasses and pearls.
