I sat on the chewed up gum in a chair at the friends house. I did not notice it until I got home. Now it is really worked into the fabric. What will desolve the gum residue so that the jeans can be washed?

rub peanut butter into it. it will break up the gum the same way eating something with gum in your mouth makes the gum almost dissolve. then wash seperately

Throw the pants in the freezer overnight and the gum will be easily removed from the pants in the morning, no sticky mess!

use an ice cube to freeze the gum. Then crack it off with a spoon. This remmedy worked for me in the past. Try it and you might be happy.
