My husbands says that one hurts A LOT but the other one is larger and they are both a little redder... Anyone know about this? Serious answers please...

I know a guy who had a twisted appendix tissue (no, not regular appendix) in the testicle and it needed to be operated on. Your husband should see the Dr right away as he could lose one or both of his testes if they lose anymore blood circulation
