I totally feel ya! I'm not quite your height, but feel as though I am sometimes, living in Texas, where everything's "bigger here in Texas." I have a few suggestions, which helped me. Make clothes fun again! Take a sewing class, learn to make your own clothes. If that doesn't appeal to you, buy what you like and have things altered. You really only need a few key pieces in your wardrobe:
Shirts: white, black, blue
Pants: black, grey, tan
Jeans: indigo, light, medium grey wash
Skirt: black, grey, tan
Suits: black, brown

You can mix and match all these things to where you won't wear the same thing for about a month. Trust me, I do it everyday, but I also make a lot of my clothes. Experiment and have fun. Its a small investment, but worth it. Even movie stars rarely get their clothes right off the "rack" as they call it, without having something altered.

I would suggest buying the clothes you love. If they're too long, which most will be, then go to a tailor and have them altered. That's what they get paid to do. :) or learn to sew and do it yourself. :) I've had to do that before.

You will need to buy clothes and then take them to a tailor to fix them.
