Hello. I am planning a visit to Bamberg Germany during March 15th, 07. I wil be traveling from the USA to Frankfurt then from Frankfurt to Nuremberg. Does anyone know what the tempetature is in Germany during the month of March.
I am not sure how cold its supposed to be and can't seem to find information online.

I lived there for 5 years and I 'll say the temps may range in the mid 40's but ... a high chance of rain/drizzle. try the rauchbier.

I have lived in Bamberg for three years and at any time of year one can always say, "If you don't like the weather, just wait 15 minutes." March can be cold and snowy, cold and rainy, or fairly mild. I say be prepared for anything. It's a fabulous city though. Hope you enjoy.

it can be anywhere from the low 50 F to upper 50iesF.
I also shall be in Bamberg at the same time, and I hope you have a wonderful visit. It is a very beautiful city.

the avg high in march in bamberg is 47, and the low is 31.

you should definitely take a warm, water-proof jacket.. just in case!
