go to the mercedes dealers showroom / auto shop.....they do it real cheap there...

i own a repair shop,and you might find a good manual at an advance auto parts store,,i have changed a few of those before though ,and if you,ll remove the trim piece,and disconnect the wires from it,you can change it your self,,you shouldn't need a manual to do this with,,good luck,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

Push the housing towards the rear of the vehicle it should have some tension take a screwdriver and push on the tab and slide it off.

inside or outside mirror inside mirrors you just hit off w/out putting a crack in the windshield,hit forward.outside mirror start by taking door panels off
