Can any1 give me the details of .Net that what is it exactly?
Is it Programming language or anything else? Give me the complete explanation!

.NET is Microsofts framework for interacting with the operating system with programming languages. ASP is a way of embedding a javascript like language into html files. Similar to the way PHP works. So .NET is not a language but ASP is.
Do not confuse ASP with ASP.NET. They do not work exactly the same and ASP is older and will go away.
