I just cannot figure this out. I was good friends with my neighbours until one day in November the neighbour came to the door with a problem.Iwas not able to answer the door....he told me about the problem on the cellphone and I said """Count me out as a friend" He got angry and told me he would instantly and did not need me. 30 days passed and I sent an explanation letter and apolgy for me behaviour in the letter. He called to tell me he did not appreciate the letter and was taking legal action against me for mystatement about stopping out friendship. I will take off my list completely and sue you. Iwas surprised. he is so angry. I want smoney money money from me. I called the Police to say he was extorting from me. No , he told the police...just want to go ahead with a lawsuit ...see if I get any money from you.....I went to a lawyer to-day to explain the story....No money ,,,,,,but still we do not talk anymore.
IHe hurts over this incident, needs $20,000 from me to make it better?

You are asking "What is this all about???" Only you know, because what you have said here sounds absolutely ridicilous. Sue you? Over what? Did you ignore something that you should have done by a citizen? This does not make sense. If you are on the up and up do not worry about it that just means that this guy is living on a different planet. If this is the case stay away from him, he's nutso. I believe that there is alot more to this and you may have to seek some kind of protection, whether it be a restraining order, or ???. He should not have any grounds to sue you.

What????? Don't give this crazy guy a darn thing!! Tell him to leave you alone and put a restraining order on him. He is totally extorting you!! He doesn't have a case in court! You can't sue someone because they stopped being your friend. He will get laughed out of the court-room. Just stop talking to him. If all of this doesn't work, than contact an attorney of your own. Get the free consultation and have peace of mind. The guy is crazy and is trying to make you feel bad enough to give him 20,000 dollars. Do not give him one penny!!!

You cut his kids' hair without his permission or consent nor the permission or consent of the mother, violating their religion, and now you're here at yahoo answers asking about it? Get a life! You made this mess and now you're stuck with it. If they never speak to you again or sue you then you'll just have to deal with it.
