Alright! Here we go! Screen play mode, ENGAGED!

Character Bio:
Name: (Last) Uchisa [yes, uchiSa] (First) Sukumi

Looks: Black, waist length hair with long bangs, red eyes [anticipation music], pale skin, medium height

Outfit: Black pants, red tank top with a blue stripe across it, black fingerless gloves

Other: Sukumi is not a ninja, but her family has a kekkei genkai. She use to live in the land of waves, but her family was found out and her parents were killed. Before they died, her parents hid her in a closet. She escaped, but now she has a fear of tight, dark spaces (because her parents were killed while she hid in the closet). That was three years ago. Recently, she received a letter asking her to come stay with her mother's cousin's family, the Uchihas. [How did she get this letter if everyone except for Sasuke and Itachi in the Uchiha family is dead? Read on!!!]

Story start:
Introduction:

Dearest Sukumi
We heard that your parents died, and we wish to offer you our deepest regrets and a place to stay until you can reorient your self. Please come to Konoha, our village, in the Land of Fire. We know that many villages in the land of Waves can be, inhospitable, to those who posses a kekkei genkai, but in Konoha you will be welcomed with open arms. Give this letter the Hokage and he will tell you what to do from there. Good luck on your journey here.

Sukumi read the note over again. *I must be getting close* she thought to her self. *That’s the fourth person I've passed in an hour, all headed in the same direction*
Up ahead, the massive gates of Konoha rose out of the forest, imposing a sense of smallness on all who passed through.
*Welcomed with open arms* Sukumi thought. *That's what you want, right?* She stepped up to the guard, a ninja leaning lazily against the wall that surrounded the village.
"Excuse me, sir, but is this Konoha?" she asked timidly.
"Yes, it is." he said with a smile. "Please state your name and purpose and I can let you in."
"My name is Uchisa Sukumi, and I'm here to look for my family." Sukumi said.
The guard looked at her with a puzzled expression. "Well, if that's it, then by all means, go in." he said
"Arigato [thank you]." she replied, walking through the gates and down the main street.
*Uchisa?* the man thought, watching her disappear into the crowd. *Could she be...? Nah! Just my imagination*

"Excuse me miss, but could you tell me where the Hokage's office is?"
The woman looked down at Sukumi. "Oh! It's down that block and three to the left. You can't miss it." The woman pointed for emphasis.
"Domo Arigato [thank you very much]." Sukumi said quietly before continuing on her way down the street. She ended up in front of a large building with the symbol for "fire" on it. *No use standing around here* she thought to her self, opening the door to a large reception area. There were several chairs on one side of the room, and a young looking woman sitting behind a desk on the other.
"Can I help you?" the receptionist asked.
"Yes, please. I'd like to see the Hokage." Sukumi answered.
"You're in luck." the receptionist said. He has fifteen minutes before his next meeting. Go up the stairs and his office will be on the third floor, second door to the right."
"Arigato." Sukumi said for the third time that day. She proceeded to walk up the stairs and down the hall as the woman at the front desk had told her.
*knock knock*
"Come in." A voice said from behind the door. She did. Sitting at a desk overflowing with paper work sat an old looking man in red and white robes. "Can I help you?"
"I was told to give you this letter." Sukumi mumbled, handing him the worn out envelope. "Then you're supposed to tell me what to do."
The Hokage opened the envelope and unfolded the letter. As he read it, his eyes opened wide, then returned to their normal position. He re-read the letter, then again, finally putting it down and looking hard at Sukumi's face.
"How do you know Fugaku and Mikoto?" He asked, scrutinizing her face.
"My mom said that Fugaku was her cousin." Sukumi said, eyes cast downwards. "She said he was in the police force as well."
"What were your parent's names?" he asked, his tone still hard.
"Yuki and Reiko Uchisa." Sukumi said grimly.
"Good. Just one more thing." the Hokage said.
"Hm?"
"Show me your eyes."

Sukumi's point of view:

"We can't just tell him he has a relative!"
"Yes, we can, and we should!"
"If we tell him, then we have to tell every one. What's to stop Itachi from coming back and killing the both of them?"
"We should still tell him. Think of what he's been through. This will help, trust me!"
The voices kept shouting at each other in the next room over. You sat still in a chair, waiting for what the Hokage was to tell you to do. Things had just gone down hill from when you had lifted up your bangs and shown the Hokage your crimson eyes that marked you as a member of Konoha's most prestigious clan. You had been poked, prodded, asked to show your eyes again and again, and then the questions. There were so many of them! How did you get this letter? Who sent you? Why were you really in Konoha? Why couldn't you turn your eyes off? They had pointed and whispered, and then finally told you to wait out here in the hall. So here you sat, knees pulled up to your chest, crying silently into them. *I thought you said I would be welcomed with open arms*
"-can't just keep her here. He's going to find out at some time or another. We might as well tell him." That voice was definitely the Hokage. At least, he had tried to help you, tried to convince the others that you should stay, even being thoughtful enough bringing you some bandages for the cut on your arm that one of the Shinobi's had made when he tried to make you say that you was a spy, come here to steal the secrets of Konoha.
"-listen, as soon as Sasuke gets here, we are going to tell him. That is final."
"But Hokage, sir, we don't even know how she got that letter, or where she's from. She could be working for Itachi!"
That was the second time you had heard about this Itachi. *I wonder who he is* you thought. At that moment, you heard foot steps. Four people emerged from the stairwell. One, a man with spiky, silver hair, a mask that covered his mouth, and a hitai-ate [ninja forehead protector] tilted over one eye was reading a book while walking behind the other three. There was a boy with blond hair in an orange jumpsuit, a girl with pink hair in a red dress, and a boy with black hair wearing a blue shirt.
You looked up for a moment, then returned your gaze to your knees.
"So Sasuke," the pink haired one said. "After we turn in our mission reports, do you want to-?"
"No." the boy (or Sasuke) said, cutting her off.
"Hey, Sakura, I'll go with you!" the blond one exclaimed.
"NO, NARUTO!" the pink haired one (or Sakura) yelled, hitting him on the head.
*So those are their names* you think.
All this time their teacher seemed to be oblivious to what was going on in his group. As they passed you, the teacher looked down at you for a moment, then turned back to his book. They all went into the room on your right, and you could hear them talking about the mission, Naruto yelling at Sasuke, Sakura yelling at Naruto and their teacher telling them all to be quiet. You heard Naruto complaining to his teacher, whose name you found out was Kakashi.
"Well, that's all the missions I have for you today." The Hokage said, "But there is someone I'd like you all to meet."
"Who is it?" yelled Naruto. "Is it an important person?"
"Sort of." The Hokage chuckled. "Iruka, can you please go get our young guest?"
"Yessir!" said a younger sounding voice. Then a man with brown hair pulled back and a scar across his face came out into the hall. He had been one of the nice ones, pleading your case and bringing you a soda after you had been forced to stay in the Hokage's office for several hours.
"Hi. Can you please follow me now?" he asked with a smile. You simply nodded and picked up your small bag of belongings that had been on the chair next to you and followed him into the room.
"Who is that?" asked Naruto.
"This is Uchisa Sukumi. Sasuke, apparently she is a relative of yours."
Sasuke froze. "How is that possible?" he asked, venom dripping from his every word, "Everyone in my family is dead."
"There is a simple explanation to that." The Hokage said. "Her mother, Reiko Uchiha, was you father's cousin. She met and fell in love with Yuki Uchiha, who was from a neighboring city. They moved to the land of waves, so he probably changed his name, if only by a little, to attempt to keep anyone who might want to kill them from finding out that they were related to THE Uchihas."
*But it didn’t work* you think
"I don't believe it." Sasuke said. "Is this some kind of joke?!?"
"I-" you tried to say, but you found your self slammed into a wall. Sasuke was holding his arm against your throat, cutting off your air supply.
"Sasuke, what are you doing?!" asked a worried sounding Sakura.
"Give me one good reason I should believe you!" he yelled.
"Sasuke, stop choking her now." Kakashi said.
"Give me a reason!" Sasuke shouted again.
Trembling, you lifted your hand up to your face and pulled back your bangs. A collective gasp could be heard throughout the room, followed by silence. The arm was removed, and you sank to the ground, coughing and dizzy from lack of oxygen. Iruka ran over to you and pulled you up, helping you to stand and leading you to a chair in the corner of the room.
"No." Sasuke whispered. "It's not possible..."

I'd love to. But it would take too long to write. However, the character I'd be is a Jonin or ANBU with a mastery of swordsmanship. They need more sword skills in the show!
