Smile, be nice to the people around you.
With make-up, go minimalist, look as natural as possible.
With hair, what you wear, etc, get ideas from magazines or people you admire that you think are pretty and lovely. See if you can copy some of their style.
Be neat and presentable.
Above all, being pretty and lovely are largely in the attidudes ... if someone is model face with model body, but thinks too highly of themselves and puts down people around her, then she is not going to be considered lovely. However, if someone takes pride in her natural beauty and dresses appropriately and carries herself with the right amount of confidence and is pleasant to those around, she will be the pretty and lovely one.

well if your talking about the outer beauty then...
if you want to go for a natural look then just always try to make your face as clean as you can by putting a face mask, good moistriser, face cleanser or if you cant afford this stuff then you can always use fresh vegies such as rubbing tomato, cucember, avacado,lemon and onion all of these gives your face look fresh and clean.
or if you want to look preety by outting cocmetics and stuff then yee i say go for it...well i dont know your age but make up wld definitely make you look younger and attract guys..
i mean you can still be preeti and lovely by being confidence and always rememba your preety no matter what others says and hey dont try to change for someone elses becoz they dont deserve it..and theres always someone out there for all of us and all we have to do is just move along and one day that person will just appear and yeee bangggggg....

You need to be kind, carry yourself confidently, and help others around you. If you mean outer beauty, then wash your face daily and go au naturale.

you got to have confidence and use skin lotion or soap that could help but for bieng nice you got to show how nice you r and use some good things in it like lotion powder soap or go to beautition and prove how beautiful u r and i think u r beautiful..
