i doesn't matter if you are popular at long as you have a true friend out there and the popular people are mostly haters but just don't be a shy person and talk to everyone even though they scare you well good Luke

Do you want to be the stereotype popular (cool, etc) or the true popular friend that everyone loves to be with?
I can answer you on the second type... My best friend is very popular, and she is such a nice person!
She is so helpful to everyone around her. She is very cheerful and smiley; she asks people how they are and genuinely wants to hear how they are doing; she's kind of good at making conversations; she's not afraid to make a fool of herself; she makes her friends look good...
Basically, she is very pleasant to be around and people just love being with her - it cheers people up.

Pretty much just copy off some one who is popular or who you wanna be like.
copy there - hair styles, clothing types, shoes (but maybe in another color), the way they act, everything.
But I think you should just be yourself.
I believe its much better that way.
