Pulling power means ability to attract other people to yourself, a bit like a magnet. In europe the phrase "go out on the PULL" means to go out and pick up women. If you're successful, then it means you've pulled.

when i hear the term 'pulling power,' it is usually in a truck or suv commercial, and it means horsepower or towing capacity...i never heard it applied to a man before....it would i guess it means strength, or influence, maybe even magnetism. interesting use.
