Im using Limewire to download Ice Age 2, but I wanted to know, how long does it take? Can you turn your computer off in bewtween? If you do will it stop downloading and start all over again?
I need help....

The time taken for any file depends on the file size and the speed of your internet connection. Say on a 256kbps connection to download a file about 700mb would take approximately about 8-10hrs and you can shutdown the computer in between and it will continue from where it left off last time.

yes that is stealing, but if you just wanted to know *wink* then u can do some math. like if u had a 56k connection that means 56kilobits/sec there r 8 bits in 1 byte and 1024(i think) bytes in a megabyte then there r 1024megabytes in a gigabyte, you do the math if you want to be accurate otherwise you can estimate, i would estimate about 25-30 hours on dsl and that's if you arent doing anything else on the internet otherwise forever...

the movie? 4.5 gigabytes depends on your connection speed but id say about a week be faster to rent it and make a copy
