"This" is a very vague area, however, the first sentence of the link you provided states the following:

"Micah Sanders is a fictional character on the NBC television series Heroes, portrayed by Noah Gray-Cabey."

Micah is fake (from a television show) while Noah is real. All the information under "Character" is about the fictional television character.
