No, you are not to young to ask and answer question. However, be aware, that the hole Internet can see your questions and therefor be cautious. Don't advertise any pictures of yourself and don't take every answer as a helpful one. There are many young teens on this site and ask questions. Have fun but remember, there are a lot of nasty answers to expect.

You're not too young to ask questions as long as you realize that some people here are going to give you their opinion which may be or may not be helpful. Remember that not everyone's advice is going to be worth taking, in fact much of it won't be. Use your own best judgement in deciding whether someone's given you good advice or not. And...anyone that's told you to meet a stranger or to do something you know is not a good idea, absolutely do not listen to them. It might be a good idea to talk to a real person in your life first, someone you trust, before you ask anyone on here.
