One in which you are happy with your self and with who you are with. Where your mind is free and you feel healthy. When you are happy with your job and how much money you make. A good life for most people means that you have money and more of it. That you have time to take for a lot of recreation. Such as sky diving, wind surfing, hang gliding and ext.

A good life would be to die in peace.
I will get it if when it's my time to leave this world I know that I did my best to achieve my goals, make those who matter to me happy, and help those in need who crossed my path....
If I can accomplish all that it will have been a meaningful life and I will depart contented.

It's different for everyone. Mine is a nice home with a family and a job where I make enough money to live comfortably.
