I like the rain. It is so awesome to break out a board game or take a nap and listen to the raindrops falling.
I also like to go watch the ocean when it is stormy, the huge waves crashing along with the high tide

rain..
I live in Saudi Arabia and we never get rain... This time of year though is when the rains would come.. We have been blessed somewhat this week with light rain.. Its wonderful.. To go 11 months with just hot blazing sun, its so good to feel nice cool fresh rain.. The air is crisp, the sky is bright afterwards.. Like it cleanses the air somehow. Also the sounds of the light rain lulls me to sleep at night..
You dont realize when you have rain all the time, that you'd miss it when you come to a country that never has it.... I miss the clouds, the thunder, all that comes with it.

I like the rain too, but I don't like when it rains on and on for days. The odd rainy day in the week is nice because it's a change from the normal average sunny day. I like it at night, going to bed and listening to the rain lashing against the window and the roof. Thunderstorms are also fun too, but not when the sirens go on!!

As for snow ... it's okay with me, but I don't like it all winter long. It gets depressing looking at all that white, and after Christmas all the snow starts to get all slushy and the mud and salt mixes in it and it just looks gross. And then there is shoveling the snow, and getting the ice off the car, warming the car up, getting boots on, heavy sweaters ... URGH! I'm glad I live in North Carolina lol.

As for the ocean, I like it when it's about 10:00 at night, and there are no clouds in the sky and there is a full moon and the moon is shining against the ocean with the waves crashing onto the shore. It was like that one night when I was in Myrtle Beach, and it was beautiful!

I love the rain, but I also love when there's a light thunderstorm by the ocean at night. One time me and my family were in North Carolina and we rented out a beach house, my mom and I had to share a room. It was lightly thundering out and we opened the door, and it was just... I don't know how to describe it. Just sitting there with someone you love listening to the waves crashing on the beach and the raindrops falling outside.

Well, during the summer sun, is obviously the best. I live in Seattle and summer days are usually 78 degrees or so with maybe like six days above 90. Go outside, or to the beach or sit outside and relax.

In winter I love snow because everyone in Seattle freaks out when one snowflake falls and all the schools close, including mine.

I like rain too. Everyone who comes to Seattle always says it rains so much, which it doesn't, and then ask why everything is so green. Well what do they think? All that rain pays off eventually.

I love the rain too.

I was at my house and a hurricane was coming in and it was storming, you know rain and wind and everything, anyway I was sitting on the porch and then it really started pouring, so I had to go out in the field, the grass was about 3 ft tall and the wind was going about 40 mph and I just stood out there untill it stopped, that was one of the most awesome things I ever did.

I love storms, especially with a tin roofed porch.
You can hear everything.

The Gulf isn't undesirable right here because of fact hurricanes do no longer make it around Louisiana to the top Texas coast. some might get right here yet possibly approximately 2 or 3 each 2 years. in case you opt for 70-80 ranges the months could be mid April to overdue might, and overdue September to overdue October. Rain in March and April, typhoon season starts off in June and ends up in September. Kemah isn't risky as far as climate is going so i don't know what you advise with the help of risky.

I completely agree with you. I have never actually seen the ocean when there was a storm, but I did see it on a really overcast day when the water was extremely choppy. It was beautiful and calming. There is just something about the rain that feels like everything is starting anew.

I like a reg, day weather, around 68 to 74 degrees, I am an outside person and i love to cut grass, wash the truck, and do landscaping, Plus it gets the neighbors all out and we get to catch up on things. There's so much more to do when the weather is nice. Drive-ins are another fav to do!!

I like cold rainy days. First of all, I sleep so much better when it is cold and rainy. I typically call in sick so I can hang out at home, curl up on the couch with my hot chocolate (topped off with marshmellows). I watch Price is right because that is my favorite show to watch when I play hooky. I then rent some movies, play my x-box 360 and catch up on calls with old friends. Those days are my favorite.

I like rainy days. I get to stay inside and relax with a good movie or book or just do nothing at all and listen to the rain hit the window.
