I'm the kind that takes her home like a gentleman and then finds out the next day that she actually wanted me to make a move.
That's actually happened several times.

If someone is drunk they can't consent to sex. "Taking advantage of her" is, legally, raping her.
So, you can make sure she gets home safe or you can go to jail. Which sounds like a better choice to you?
