Really it depends upon the personality for me but I have been thinking of names recently too because I am getting another so here are a few that I think are cute;
Rudy [ my current one's name ]
Mr. Whiskers
Oo Boo [ dont ask why; just sounds funny haha ]
Rascal [ my soon to be ferrets name ]
Gizmo
& well I cant think of any

Watch him for a little while after you bring him home. I usually name mine after something they do or after a physical trait. I have one with four white feet and we named him Socrates, Socks for short. Turned out he was a she, so it's Socks for good.
One of my males used to be a nasty biter and would look at you after he did it like he was saying "Don't have a cow, man", so we named him Bart(as in the Simpsons). He was adopted and the previous owners had named him Baby B., so Bart was okay.
My son named our oldest female after a celebrity, Queen Victoria, lol. She used to raise ferrets, white ones mainly, so it made sense to him(he was only 15*). And my oldest male, who I adopted along with Bart at the same shelter, came with a name already, Ferret Bueller. I kind of got a laugh out of that, so I kept it that way. I saw a female the other day named Ferret Faucett, lol. Just watch your ferret for a few days and it'll come to you
