I would go with the Legos. The remote controlled car will soon tear up. The glow in the dark Frisbee won't be much fun because finding someone to throw it with in the dark will be difficult...they will be too embarrassed and afraid your classmates will see them. But, the Legos, hey, they don't tear up easily, and you can make anything out of them that you want to.

Legos! I was a Legos addict as a child. I mean, you could probably build a remote controlled car or even a frisbee with Legos, they're like the universal toy. Want a cat? Built one. Want to get rid of you sister? Build a small containment chamber and leave her in there.

Legos. Although, it depends on which remote controlled car it is, but I think that, overall, Legos have more replay value. Plus they kick ***. I wish I had some right now. Oh well, I guess I'll go watch Lord of the Rings, because I'm: Lego-less!
