I think shawn alexander. He moves in slow motion but can read the blocks. He has a powerline, the past 5 years they had a great line, now they are hurting and alexander isnt doing well, even before the injury. I think Alexander will do great this week, but he is a straight up runner and I think he is pretty slow.
Ronnie brown is slow too, i love the phins but he seems to run with too much patience and when in the open field he gets racked up.

Well, most of the O linemen are slow. But if you want someone who actually makes some plays, then probably Lorenzo Neal (FB-San Diego) or Drew Bledsoe, in my opinion. Neal can block, but he's just extremely slow. Bledsoe is also slow.

whoever is old but tiki barber is gonna retire this season so he stil has the legs but dude noone is slow in the NFl
