Think about it. Bush came into office and delivered his axis of evil speech, naming Iraq, North Korea and Iran. Then, he completely demolishes Iraq. Why is anybody surprised that North Korea and Iran are developing nuclear weapons? When you label three countries as evil, then invade one, there should be no surprise when the other two countries take steps to defend themselves.

Did you miss the day of school when they discussed the Korean War? Other countries have always questioned the USA authority. Jealousy is an ugly emotion & often felt in regards to the USA.
If President Bush had used "smart" bombs or nukes the bleeding hearts would have whined about how mean we were for killing people. What is war about? People die, they do not shoot flowers so people do die. No matter what decision the President made the Democrats were going to critize his decision. The days of the support given to the President during WWI & WWII is gone.

Actually the problem started thirty years ago with Jimmy Carter allowing the seizure and kidnapping of our people. Then Bill Clinton used Carter again to appease the North Koreans by giving them a nuclear white water reactor. The rest is history.

Where were you? We dropped about a - oh - BAZILLION bombs on Iraq before we sent in the troops. Bombing campaigns have never won a war. It takes the ground pounders to take and hold territory.

To have authority you first have to earn respect. Going to other peoples' countries and bombing them does not engender it. If the bombs you mention were really smart they wouldn't explode.

we did bomb in the initial invasion any places we knew were hotspots of terrorist activity. once we took out the major concentrations it became difficult because terrosots stopped hangign out in groups and began using civilians as sheilds. since they are more spread out and we don't want to kill civilians we instead use ground troops that will cause less collateral damage,. albeit to a risk of our own lives

Then why does USA/Israel kill so many civilians with these "smart" bombs? Oh that's right, they're exempt from international law.
