um..he lives on a chicken farm? I really do not know since I never heard anyone ask this before.

She was probably just simply asking him if he raises chickens, like baby chicks that come out of the egg, you raise them then show them. I think youre just thinking about this way too much.

Well it simply means id they raise chickens. As in getting an egg and waiting for it to hatch then when the chicken fully matures it is killed and eaten. =]

It is sarcasm for 'are you lame?' Sorta like 'What? Do you live under a rock on a farm?' Obviously you didn't get what she was talking about and it went right over your head. e.g.; Girl: Do you have an iPod? Boy: What's an iPod? Girl: Geez, do you raise chickens?
