curling your eyelashes makes your eyes appear bigger, and always use visine to make sure your iris isn't dulled by yellow or red eyes. having well groomed eyebrows will also make your whole face look better without makeup

Try putting some brown eyeshadow in your crease, && blending it out really well. It looks completely naturally, but gives your eyes an extra oomph. If you're willing to give it a bit more, try putting some gold eyeshadow on your lid with brown in the crease. You could even just wear brown eyeliner, and smudge it a bit. && as a side note, tons of company's, such as Covergirl or Physician Formula, brands you can find at Wal-Mart, make palletes, mascaras, and sets dedicated to making eye colors pop. Hope this helps :].

A little mascara and maybe a tiny line of white eyeliner around your eye is pretty low-key and makes many eye colors stand out. Have well-shaped brows draws some attention to your eyes, too.

Using eyeliner around the outsides(corners) of your lids (top and bottom) generally makes the eyes seem larger than they really are. Also, choose shadow colors that compliment your eyes, not what you are wearing. Since you're blue/green, use blue/green eyeshadow.

The white eyeliner around the corners of your eyes works as well ! Anything that draws a little more attention to them, like the eyeliner, shadow, and glitters.

it's kind of hard if you dont want to use makeup. you can always use makeup, which will be effective.. but just use less and keep it natural. white eyeliner definately opens up the eyes & mascara will make your eyes stand out. as well, brown eyeliner.. but veryyy veryy thin & only on the top eyelid.
