An error keeps coming up on my computer. It is #259. What is it and how should I fix it??

Without the full error message details its hard to advise.
Microsoft states that error 259 is a Terminal Server Error, No more data available.
Based on this, I gather you might be running a terminal emulation software such as telnet, or using a P2P program, these can cause these errors.
If your using P2P, it sounds like your exposing your computer to viruses form people getting files from your PC.

Depends on what's throwing it, this answer's a long stretch because most people don't have SQL server and if they do, they typically could have found this themselves...but try looking here
