Wear wide-brimmed hat from the moment you get up (except in the shower) to the moment you go to sleep for a year. This will fade out any darkening that the sun has caused.

Unfortunately, that's the lightest you'll get, short of dusting your face with a natural powder.

they sell bleching cream for the skin, if you look online, or ask your doctor he can give you some good ideas, but personally a tan looks healthy and being really pale myself i think you don't need to bleach your skin

ps: lemon juice works really well in lightning skin too
