Whats better for wireless networking? USb 108 mbps or PCI card 108 mbps? price doesnt matter. usb port consuming doesn't matter. and opening up pcs doesn't. So, whats better? and also what product, type, model, brand, company should I buy. Thanks!

Well, I think the USB maybe the most conveinent, but may have signal issues due to the wattage. Although it depends on the brand....
Only buy Intel if you want good signal. As a happy user of the hardware, I've always found their wireless chips to work the best. Adapter quality really has a major effect on signal strength.
Oh and if you're wireless.... 5MB will be the most you'll see on avg no matter what... especially if you're looking for internet throughput....it's the router that limits the speed..and all connections share the pie...
USB will be the most easy to work with and can be moved around on it's cord for best placement. A PCI card in the back of your pc may be more pain and cost than the results are worth.

It doesn't matter as either PCI or USB can handle the max transfer rate of downloading or uploading of 108 mbps. But if you have Broadband I would use Cat-5 as I have had download rates of over 400mbps.

well the recommended way is PCI ethernet however USB works just as good sometimes faster, i have 3 systems 2 desktops (hard wired) and a wirless to my laptop i used Netgear everything works fine with no problems

i would prefer linksys over anything. not sure about the model number. but its linksys with speed booster with 'g'. USB is much more convienet than PCI card.
