that's a ridiculous question. there's no comparison between the two. how many REALLY good albums has lil wayne released? compare "fireman" to "99 problems." compare any of lil wayne's albums to the black album, or the blueprint, or reasonable doubt. jay-z blows lil wayne out of the water. he's been doing it longer and he's been better at it the whole time he's been doing it. when lil wayne starts working with a producer as good as rick rubin i might start to consider him half way decent, until then he's just another hack. lil wayne doesn't even show up on the same radar screen as jay-z.

Jay-Z hands down. lil wayne is in the new complex mag talking greasy about Jay but a few years back Jay-z was Lil wayne's favorite rapper. i lost respect for him for that. But i will admit that lil wayne is tight he just will never be on Jay's level
