What are the chances of precum getting a girl pregnant if we did it on her "dry" season before ovulation and once again during her luteal phase? no orgasm inside.

Before ovulation isn't likely as long as it was more than a few days before. After is also unlikely as long as it wasn't like the next day.

Chances of precum getting you preg. is quite good. Avoid it for sure.
Body does not work that precise and it is not clockwork. Periods you describe other than the ovulution period is not a guarantee for avoiding preg. The dry periods are applicable to most woman and it may not necessarily apply to you.
Well, use condom at all times. And, enjoy it to the fullest extent during those so called "dry" periods with the condom on. Just the anxiety and the fear of getting pregnant alone is a kill joy.
Best way is abstinence. But no telling you this becz. you are doing it anyway. The above method / pills are the best alternative but no guarantee. Good luck to you both.
If you do get pregnant, the responsibility you - as a woman - carry is HUGE. The guy may move on but you are stuck.

First of all, if you are asking questions like this one, you are too young to be having sex. But seeing as you already have, then you do need some education.
First and foremost, learn that there is no 100% effective method of birth control except abstinence. What you are doing is guaranteed to make you a father sooner or later.
ALWAYS wear a condom. No exceptions - ever. Not only will it cut your chances of becoming a father, it will help prevent you from picking up or giving a sexually transmitted disease. Think it can't happen to you? Think again. Never take someone's word for it that they are clean. Sometimes they don't even realize themselves that they have a disease.
One last word. Many young men or emotionally stunted male adults think that the more women they "have" sexually the more of a man that makes them. That is totally wrong. Having sex without love is like having a sandwich with nothing in between the two pieces of bread. You can eat as many as you like, but you will never be satisfied deep inside or feel fulfilled. It is always better to wait until you are in love with and ready to commit to someone.
And please, remember to use a condom EVERY time.

Even pre-ejaculatory fluid can contain sperm, and if you're having intercourse there's ALWAYS a chance she can get pregnant.
Next time use a damn condom!

she could still get pregnant. ANYTIME you have sex, there is a chance of getting pregnant. if you can't handle the responsibility, then you should keep it in your pants.
