dont sink to her level. she is just looking for attention. dont give it to her. as kids get older they pick up on everything. i waited eighteen long tears for my son to put his father in his place it was well worth the wait. i was so proud of him and all i had to do was be the better parent!!!

It will be hard, but the best thing to do is ignore her. If she knows that she can get a reaction out of you because of what she has been doing, you can bet she is going to keep doing it. The best thing that you can hope for is(believe me, I dealt with the same situation for about 5 years) she will find a boyfriend which will make life so much easier for your husband and you. Can you prove that it is her that is calling you at work? If you can, you can press charges and have her arrested for harrassing communications. My advice about the love letters would be to send every letter he receives from her back to the sender. Do not open the letters, (that is if she is sending them in the mail) write return to sender across the front and give back to mail carrier. After getting a few of these back, maybe she will get the message. Good luck to you.

You can afford an Escalade, Hi Def flat screen tv, a computer and a motorcycle but you won't (which is the correct way to use the word) pay child support AND you want to sue HER on top of it??? You are a sorry sac of ****. Learn to use proper English and take care of your child. You're the reason this country is the dumbest country ever.

There are ways to stop her-your husband can do that if he want to-you can stop her from calling you at work and harassing you-maybe you should tell your husband that the next time she call you at work you will call the police on her and see what he have to say-if he tell you not to call the police-that he like the fact that she is doing that to you-tell him that he was married to her once and now he is married to you- and it will be her and the phone calls or it will be you and no phone calls-he have to make up his mind he can't have his cake and eat it to-her are you-make up your mind- as long as you put up with that kind of harassment it will continue-you have to put a stop to this yourself-if your husband won't-who did you marry-him are his ex-wife

How do you spell relief? T-R-O or P-R-O.
When you're dealing with harassment, a restraining order is the way to go. Now, here's the kicker, if they're very harassing, a TRO only becomes effective when they actually arrest the person. Seriously, though, have your husband tell her it is over, in no uncertain terms.

You can't do a damn thing ! Your husband needs to put his foot down and let her know that this is unacceptable behavior and she need to respect you. She doesn't have to like you and you don't have to like her triflin' a** but respect is key for the child's sake.

He needs to tell her to back off. You can try documenting everything she does.

i think you should intercept the mail and talk to him about it and if it's her then you should have him talk to her and if he chooses to" just ignore the situation " even though you've expressed it then maybe you should leave and let them be.
